The frame is steel, painted and anti-rust treated, because the frame is the half of the tool that has to last. Blades are consumables — they dull, they snap, they get replaced — but the frame tensions each new blade and keeps it straight through the cut, which is what decides whether the cut runs true.
The adjustable frame takes blades from short to 12 inches, so one frame covers fine work and general cutting. Three grip builds are offered: TPR for shock absorption on long cuts, wood for the traditional trade feel, and a D-handle where the job wants two hands on the push.
This is the hand saw for metal, and it goes wherever pipe, conduit or bar stock has to be cut without power. Plumbers take it for copper and plastic pipe on site; electricians use it on conduit and cable tray; fabrication and repair shops keep one at the bench; and the DIY and farm channels buy it as general-purpose cutting stock.
Packing is 48 pieces per carton at the 12-inch size in export cartons — a count that keeps unit cost in the range the trade channel expects. Retail-facing programs can be packed in polybag, color box or blister instead of the standard export carton.
MOQ is 10 cartons. From 50+ cartons the program opens to custom packing and your logo — relevant for buyers selling under their own tool brand.
