MIXED-CONTAINER SOURCING

One Container, All the Hardware Tools You Need

Send us your product list — hammers with gloves, padlocks with helmets, tools with fasteners, anything mixed. We consolidate every item into one full container, under your own label, at factory-direct pricing. You talk to one supplier instead of ten.

Why buyers ask for a mixed container

If you source hardware for a shop, a project or your own brand, you already know these three problems:

🧩

Too many suppliers

Hammers from one factory, gloves from another, fasteners from a third — ten suppliers means ten sets of samples, ten invoices, ten chances of delay.

📦

Wasted container space

A container of only heavy tools hits the weight limit with half the space empty. A container of only bulky PPE fills the space but wastes the weight allowance. Either way, you overpay for freight.

🚪

MOQ walls

Factories want full-container, single-item orders. Small and mid-sized buyers get turned away — or forced to overstock one product just to fill a container.

How it works — five steps

From your first message to delivery at your port. Most first-time clients complete their first container within 4–6 weeks.

Send your list

Email or WhatsApp your product list — items, rough quantities, target market. No format needed; a photo or spreadsheet both work.

We quote the mix

We price every line factory-direct and propose the best container plan — what fits, what to adjust, what saves you the most freight.

Confirm & label

Approve the load plan and quantities. Want your own brand? We handle logo, packaging and insert cards — MOQ around 50 cartons per design.

Produce & inspect

Our partner factories produce in parallel. We check quality and packing before loading — photos and videos shared with you.

Load & ship

We load, share the full document set (invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin), and ship FCL or LCL — with your own forwarder or ours.

The loading plan behind the savings

This is the part factories won't do for you. Heavy, dense goods go on the bottom; light, bulky goods fill the space above — weight and volume both pushed close to the container's limits, so every cubic metre earns its freight.

Illustrative load plan — actual mix follows your order list

PPE & light goods gloves · helmets · vests — bulky, light
Tools & heavy goods hammers · wrenches · padlocks — dense, heavy

Heavy items low and centered for safe transport; light items stacked above to fill the remaining volume.

What the load plan means for your cost

  • Lower freight per unit — the same sea freight carries more of your goods, so cost per piece drops on every line.
  • No MOQ walls — small quantities of many items are welcome, because the container gets filled by the mix, not by one product.
  • One point of contact — one quotation, one invoice, one shipment, one person answering your questions.
  • Room for your brand — mixed containers are exactly how private labels start: test a few SKUs under your name without committing to full-container volumes.

Private label, handled end to end

Logo & artwork

Send your logo or brand files. We place them on packaging, insert cards and product labels where the item allows.

Packaging design

Color boxes, blister cards, hang tags — produced to your market's retail standards, not generic export cartons.

Neutral & OEM options

No brand yet? Start with neutral packing or a light customization, then upgrade to full OEM on your next container.

Proofs before production

You approve artwork proofs before anything is printed. No surprises when the container arrives.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for a mixed container?
A mixed container starts from one 20GP (about 28 tonnes / 33 CBM). Smaller needs — a few cartons per item — are welcome too; we'll suggest an LCL consolidation or a trial order instead of pushing you into a full container.
Can you work with my own forwarder in China?
Yes. Many of our clients already have a freight agent in China — send us their contact details and we'll coordinate loading, documents and schedules directly with them. If you don't have one, we'll introduce options from Qingdao Port.
What are your payment terms?
T/T bank transfer. Orders under USD 5,000 are paid in full before production; larger orders are 30% deposit with the 70% balance before shipment. We do not ask for payment before the load plan and quantities are confirmed in writing.
Can you send samples before I commit to a container?
Yes. Samples are available for most items; sample cost and courier are on the buyer's side, and sample charges can be credited against your first container order.
What documents do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the carrier's bill of lading. Before loading we send you the draft B/L together with the invoice and packing list for your confirmation — the final B/L can only be issued by the carrier once the container is on board, and we release it to you or your forwarder after the balance is settled.
