Two Weights, Two Jobs

The 60G vest is the light one: an open polyester mesh that breathes through a hot shift, worn all day by warehouse crews, traffic marshals and municipal staff in warm climates. The 120G vest is the heavier build for outdoor construction and road work, where a vest is pulled on and off over gear dozens of times a day.

Both weights carry reflective strips across the torso so the wearer reads in low light — headlights on an unlit road, a forklift aisle at dusk. Choose the weight by climate and abuse level, not by price alone.

Where Hi-Vis Vests Are Specified

Safety vests move in predictable volume through construction sites, road and utility crews, logistics and warehousing, mining and port operations, and municipal services. They are also the standard giveaway and staff-uniform item for events, parking and security teams.

Distributors serving several of these channels at once usually stock both weights: the 60G for indoor and warm-climate accounts, the 120G for outdoor contractors.

Packing & Program Notes

Packing runs 100 to 400 pieces per pack depending on weight and size, in export cartons. Polybag, color box and blister packing are available on request when the program is aimed at retail or corporate giveaway channels.

MOQ is 10 cartons per SKU. From 50+ cartons the program opens up: custom color, custom logo and private-label packing for buyers who sell the vest under their own brand.
