Drop-Forged Head, Five Weights

The head is drop-forged carbon steel — forged rather than cast, so it is dense and the striking face is far less likely to chip or deform under repeated use. The finish is polished and anti-rust treated.

Five weights run from 300G to 2000G: the light end for assembly and bench work, the heavy end for striking cold chisels and breaking work. The fiberglass handle with TPR grip takes shock out of the swing and keeps the hand from sliding on an oily or sweaty shaft.

Where Machinist Hammers Are Used

This is the workshop hammer. Machine shops and fitting shops keep the mid weights on the bench; construction and demolition crews take the heavy end for chisel work and formwork stripping; maintenance departments stock them as plant-repair standard issue.

For distributors the value is the range: stocking all five weights lets a trade counter serve every job from precision assembly to heavy striking without sending the customer elsewhere.

  • Workshops & machine shops — assembly, fitting and bench work
  • Construction — striking chisels, breaking and formwork
  • Maintenance & MRO — plant repair standard issue
  • Industrial supply — stocked as a full five-weight range

Packing & Program Notes

Carton count follows the weight: 60 pieces at 300G down to 12 pieces at 2000G — heavier heads, fewer per box. Export cartons are standard, with polybag, color box or blister packing available on request.

MOQ is 10 cartons. From 50+ cartons, custom packing and your logo are available — the weight range lets buyers build a branded ladder from bench hammer to heavy striker.
