What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is set per SKU. Most products start from 10 cartons per item, though requirements vary by product — some lines may need 1,000 or 2,000 pieces. Please reach out for the exact MOQ on each item you need.
Do you offer OEM / custom logo and packing?
Yes. We offer OEM service — custom packing, logo, and insert card / blister packing, with your brand printed on the product or outer carton. Customization usually applies from 50+ cartons per item. Send us your artwork and requirements.
Can I mix different products in one container?
Absolutely. We regularly consolidate multiple categories (hammers, pliers, wrenches, PPE, etc.) into a single mixed container to help you reach a full load and reduce shipping cost.
What are your lead times?
For stock items, production and consolidation typically take 15–30 days. Custom OEM orders may need 30–45 days depending on packing and volume. We confirm a realistic timeline after you place the order.
What payment terms do you accept?
For orders under USD 3,000, 100% T/T in advance is required. For USD 3,000 and above, we accept 30% deposit with 70% balance paid before shipment. Secure payment channels such as XTransfer are also supported. Terms can be discussed based on order size and our relationship.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, samples are available. Sample cost and courier freight are usually borne by the buyer and can be deducted from the future bulk order. We can ship samples via DHL / FedEx / UPS.
How do you control quality?
We source from vetted Linyi workshops, check materials and finishing, and do pre-shipment inspection. Photos of the finished goods can be shared before loading so you know exactly what ships.
Which shipping terms do you support?
We can work on FOB, CIF, CFR or DDP depending on your preference and destination. We coordinate with freight forwarders and can book the container for you. If you have a shipping agent or warehouse in China, we can also deliver to warehouses in Guangzhou, Yiwu, or other cities.
How can I get the price list / catalog?
